Location
Angama Amboseli is found in the Kimana Sanctuary, Kenya’s first community-owned conversancy. The sanctuary is a land of iconic African scenery: vast open plains, forests of flat topped Acacia and great herds of elephant, set against a backdrop of snow capped Kilimanjaro.

Accommodation
Owned and run by a team with over 40 years of experience creating and operating safaris across Africa, the lodge features 10 luxuriously spacious suites, including two family suites.

All designed with sustainable and local materials and.warm, earthy tones encapsulate your natural surroundings.

Each suite is spacious and, with floor-to-ceiling screen doors, has been designed to optimise your views of Kilimanjaro. In fact, you can see it from almost all areas of your suite.
Wake each morning from your extra long, king size bed and bask in the mountain’s magnificence, a hot cup of coffee in hand.

Your private deck, equipped with rocking chairs, is the perfect spot to relax and reflect on what you’ve seen after game drives.

As we have come to expect from Angama’s properties in the Masai Mara, the superb safari experience is enhanced by excellent amenities at the lodge including the photographic studio, gallery, games room, and a pool with one of the finest views in Africa! This is one not to be missed.

The Angama Foundation has a structure to its community support based on a hierarchy of needs: classrooms, food, running water & security first, then learning materials and eLearning initiatives. Their goal is to expand this to support both younger and older children who are not in the traditional schooling system.
Conservation
Conservation
Each guest at Angama Amboseli contributes a US$20 per night donation to the Angama Foundation, a separate entity which has been setup to support the communities that neighbour the lodge and the wildlife and land that surround it.
