Location
Atemporal can be found in a relatively quiet spot in Miraflores district, one of the wealthiest parts of Lima. You will find that great shopping and smart restaurants are only a few blocks away, and downtown Lima is 30 minutes by taxi.
Accommodation
The name “Atemporal” was chosen by the owner as part of his aim to create a house that might be the residence of a well-travelled photographer.
There is no corporate plan or theme; each room is individual and eclectically decorated with interesting objects and art, with the end result being human and homely in a rather grand way. You can tell that the owner is an anglophile, but he has reinterpreted the English Tudor house look for a Peruvian urban context with great skill.

The nine guest rooms are so individual that it is hard to generalise other than to say that none will disappoint you in terms of comfort and quality. We love the fact that the curtains are thick black-outs in order to help you get your all-important sleep.
The communal areas will make you feel like you are a guest of a splendid and interesting host; feel free to use the terraced garden lounge, the veranda, the house kitchen, salon, reading room and the courtesy bar.
There is no restaurant, but there is a daily menu cooked for you by the house chef, and you are free to help yourself to complimentary snacks and drinks from the house kitchen. This is a great escape from the stuffy formality of typical hotels.

- The house has a famous archaeological site almost on its doorstep; the pre-Columbian adobe ceremonial side of Huana Pucllana.
