A short walk from Plaza Armas, Cusco’s hub, this haven of tranquillity can be found on the Plaza Nazarenas, which is also the home of the excellent Museum of Pre-Colombian Art. You won’t be short of things to do within walking distance.

The Palacio is made up of 55 suites set around seven cloistered courtyards and terraces. The buildings artfully blend Incan walls, Colonial additions and Modern fittings into a recipe that is more than a sum of its parts.
The external areas are landscaped to include the peaceful sounds and sights of flowing water, along with kitchen herbs, flowers and attendant hummingbirds. We love the communal areas of this hotel, which include a guest lounge and library in the gallery of the convent’s restored chapel.
