Cornerstone Guesthouse is a small, private and peaceful bed and breakfast, located a short walk from the sea and from Swakopmund’s town center. Occupying a quiet corner of the Old Town, near the Marine Museum and the Old Brewery, the guesthouse offers the charm and intimacy of a family-run bed and breakfast, combined with the modern amenities of a luxury hotel.
You can also opt to stay in Atlantik Sicht, a luxury self-catering apartment. The apartment has three luxury double bedrooms with a main en-suite bathroom with bath and shower, in addition to a second shared bathroom with a shower. The apartment opens onto a secluded and private balcony with a small garden and front row seats to the Atlantic Ocean.

Taking a cruise from Swakopmund across the bay is an absolute joy. From the catamaran deck you’ll see a shipwreck, the lighthouse, and an abundance of marine life. We recommend that you stop for an oyster tasting and watch for the pods of dolphin. Turtle nest here too, another welcome wildlife experience within the city.

The property has a sophisticated 24 kVA solar system which generates approximately 90% of its electricity consumption. Further to their efforts, the gardens are watered using grey water i.e. semi-purified recycled water and kept fertile using organic waste from the kitchen.
