Location
Dinaka’s vast private reserve covers over 20,000 hectares and is host to one of the most unique bio-diversities in Southern Africa. The natural environment is rich in life and boasts breathtaking views. After summer rains, it bursts with green grasses and migratory herds, while in the drier months vegetation dies back to reveal more arid terrain.
Bedroom Dinaka Kalahari
Accommodation
With the perfect vantage point over a thriving permanent waterhole, Dinaka’s eight spacious tented suites stand raised on wooden decks. Perfectly placed for privacy, each tent is well equipped with an en-suite bathroom, indoor and outdoor shower, and a private deck overlooking the bush. The child-friendly camp also has a wonderful two-bedroom suite available, perfect for small groups or families.
The main area is seamlessly connected to all rooms by wooden walkways, making the entirety of the camp wheelchair accessible. Comfortable and inviting, the communal area consists of an open dining room and bar, lavish lounge area, and a viewing deck complete with a roaring campfire – the perfect place to share stories over a glass of wine at the end of the day.

The camp also provides facilities including a swimming pool lined with sun loungers, secluded photographic hides (including one underground) and even a star deck, which offers breathtaking vistas of the star filled African sky.

Conservation
Conservation
Dinaka camp sends donations on behalf of each bed night to Rhino Contribution Botswana. These funds help with the ongoing protection of endangered black and white rhino within the country. Over the next few years, the charity aims to rebuild healthy populations living wild and free in the Okavango Delta until they are of international importance. By staying at Dinaka Camp, a percentage of your stay will contribute towards this ongoing, highly important conservation of one of the Earth's oldest and most fascinating animals.
Community

Dinaka employs its members of staff from the local area and, as well as providing them with essential training, ensures their health and wellbeing is prioritised. The camp offers nutritional guidance and healthy food provisions to promote a healthy lifestyle and provides regular medical check-ups for staff.
