Location
The historic Hosteria la Andaluza, part of a hacienda estate dating back to 1555, has included Simon Bolivar among its former guests. It was declared an official site of Ecuadorian cultural heritage and yet it is also a cozy, charming and elegant place to stay amidst beautifully landscaped gardens in the shadow of Chimborazo.

The 56 rooms of the Hosteria are spread through four different areas of the property. Rooms are grand and luxurious; featuring antique furniture, wooden beams, and king-size beds.
The decor is inspired by the period of Spanish colonialism in Ecuador, but they will live up to your modern expectations. Given the hotel’s secluded location, you are assured a restful night’s sleep.
