Location
The Singular Santiago is found in the heart of the Lastarria district of Chile’s capital city, renowned as a trendy and vibrant mixture of galleries, restaurants, bars, cafes and irresistible shops.
Accommodation
The Singular Santiago’s neoclassical architecture gives an air of effortless elegance and historic charm. Guests can count on a perfect blend of comfort and style. A mixture of suites and room types is available, totalling 62, all of which boast plenty of natural light and marble finishes. The decor is elegant and restful in its calm colour palette, and the tasteful furniture is a mixture of antique and well-upholstered replica pieces.
The rooftop bar is something very special, with fantastic views over Santiago’s San Cristobal Hills. Witness the bright lights of the city skyline by night as you sample one (or more!) of the bar’s 115 liquors. This spot is considered to be one of the best terraces in Santiago. For a cosier but equally stylish experience, head down to Bar Merced 294, located on the ground floor.
The menu at the Singular Santiago’s brilliant restaurant was designed by the innovative chef Hernán Basso, who was keen to use local ingredients and dishes but given them a French twist. The feel of the restaurant, with black and white tiled floor, lacquered tables, and green leather chairs, is undeniably chic.
When it comes to unwinding, you can escape from the city as you relax at the hotel’s spa or work out your stress in the state-of-the-art gym.

- Visit the zoo and Japanese garden on the 45 minute walk up Cerro San Cristóbal, which rises 300m above the city. An alternative to walking is to take the cable car.
