From a luxury stay in the verdant Nairobi suburb of Karen, the the escarpments of Laikipia, the savannah of the Masai Mara and the epic backdrop in Amboseli, read on to see an overview of this journey through Kenya's epic landscapes in support of modern conservation.
Day 1
Nairobi
A city where giraffe and zebra roam within its limits, the Kenyan capital, Nairobi is famed for its neighbouring wildlife-filled National Park and the natural beauty of the Ngong Hills juxtaposed by the hustle and bustle of the busy city centre.
Hemingways Nairobi
Hemingways is a boutique hotel located in the peaceful suburb of Karen. Each elegantly designed suite is accompanied by a spacious en-suite bathroom, Egyptian cotton and bed linens, LED televisions and personalised mini-bar.
The service and personal attention at the hotel is first-class, with a dedicated team of butlers on hand to tend to your wishes.

Kitirua Conservancy, Amboseli
Overshadowed by Mount Kilimanjaro, the Kitirua Conservancy and it's neighbouring Amboseli National Park are beautiful wildlife viewing areas. Inhabiting these landscapes for thousands of years, elephants gracefully wander through the lower forests, hippos refresh in the pools and lion lurk in the reeds awaiting their prey.
Tortilis Camp
Tortilis Camp is beautifully located as the only camp within the private conservancy. The camp has just 16 luxurious tents under thatched canopies, each with beds, rugs, tables and en-suite bathrooms. Each spacious tent has views towards the towering snow-capped Mount Kilimanjaro, making this one of the best located camps in East Africa.

Loisaba Conservancy, Laikipia
The rich ecosystem of Loisaba ranges from high plains to escarpment walls and riverine bush. Throughout the region roam the second largest population of elephant in Kenya, lion and leopard as well as the rare northern species that thrive here – gerenuk, Grevy’s zebra, greater kudu, beisa oryx, reticulated giraffe and even the elusive black leopard.
Loisaba Tented Camp
Loisaba Tented Camp is perched upon the edge of a 500ft escarpment, offering dramatic views across the stunning panorama all the way to Mount Kenya.
Spacious and airy, with panoramic windows, polished wood floors and high ceilings, the tents are luxury defined with an African inspired decor. The plush bathrooms have flush toilets, double basin vanities and a solar heated rainfall shower.

Situated right on the northern edge of the Masai Mara Reserve in the private Mara North Conservancy, Elephant Pepper Camp is tucked away in a prime wildlife area surrounded by the Mara’s ubiquitous game.
This is a step back in time but with modern comforts: an original bush camp, eco-friendly, and committed to finding a way of life that does not harm the wilderness.
