Chobe Princess

Chobe, Botswana

The Chobe Princess is a floating villa, a houseboat with two smaller tenders, which will take you off on daily excursions. As a passenger, you can laze on a deck chair, with an ice-cold drink in hand, as you soak up the tranquility that surrounds you. Lunch and dinner will not disappoint; with the views of the river and the sounds of the wildlife all around, prepare for some truly memorable meals.

The cabins on board the Chobe Princess are tastefully decorated and each has its own private view. As you lie on your king size bed, you may see huge herds of elephant grazing on the riverbank, or spot a fish eagle diving for its prey. There are crocodile sunning themselves on the banks, and lion and zebra are drawn to the water.

On the upper deck of the boat, enjoy the company of your fellow travellers in the bar, or take a cooling dip in the plunge pool. If you are feeling more active, go out in a canoe with an experienced guide, or try your hand at fishing; these waters are teeming with Tigerfish, Tilapia, and Catfish.
