Leela New Delhi

Golden Triangle, India

Delhi boasts a number of international, five star hotels, but few have the glitz and character of the Leela Palace. From a distance, it looks like a modern skyscraper, but as you look closer you’ll appreciate the many imaginative details, from the golden domes to marble pillars, the huge Persian carpets to the impressive sculptures in the gardens.

There are almost 200 Deluxe Rooms at the Leela Palace, plus Club Rooms and 18 suites. The latter come with their own butlers, plus access to Royal Club Lounge. There’s nothing basic about the Deluxe Rooms, however. They are large, especially by Delhi’s standards, with majestic views of the city’s skyline, and have undeniably grand decor and include top notch amenities.

As a guest at the Leela Palace, you will definitely want to swim in the rooftop infinity pool. It’s temperature controlled and thus accessible all the year round. After a dip, pay a visit to the spa, or return downstairs to dine in one of the Leela Palace’s excellent restaurants and bars.
