One Above Cape Town

Cape Town, South Africa

One Above Cape Town is the home we all wish we had: it’s arguably the most desirable private residence in the city. You can see both Robben Island and Table Mountain from the two wrap around decks, and when you swim in the rooftop pool you’ll already be higher in the air than many of the surrounding buildings.

The four bedrooms at One Above Cape Town all have private balconies overlooking either Table Mountain or the V&A Waterfront. Mum and Dad should definitely snag the Master Suite, which has his and hers en suite bathrooms, a walk-in dressing room, and an open fireplace. That leaves three spacious guest rooms for the kids (or lucky grandparents!), all of which are beautifully appointed.

The household staff at One Above Cape Town are both attentive and discrete. A private chef will prepare all your meals and select wines and Champagnes from the cellars. Should you wish to work out, there’s a fitness centre; or alternatively you can sit back and admire the artworks and the views.
