Zarafa has just four luxuriously appointed “marquee style” tented suites, and with a maximum of eight guests, the emphasis here is on individual hospitality, privacy and serenity. This would be an excellent choice for exclusive use for a multi generational holiday, but the Dhow Suite, adjacent to Zafara camp, would also be a phenomenal place for a smaller family to reside.
Set apart from the main lodge, these two suites provide palatial accommodation, including a private pool, living rooms, and magnificent bathrooms with indoor and outdoor shower. Relax on the expansive veranda with its views of the lagoon, and after a thrilling day on safari enjoy a delicious dinner al fresco prepared by your personal chef.
Safaris at Zarafa are completely flexible and there is no set routine at the camp. Activities are arranged to suit guests’ particular interests and are easily adapted for younger guests. There are opportunities to explore the reserve by open vehicle and on foot in the early morning, late afternoon, and at night.
