We developed our Book With Confidence Promise in response to that uncertainty. In reality, this just formalised the way we have always treated the unexpected. As the world continues to move forward, we continue to offer you the following assurances:
Deposit Payment up to 60 Days Prior to TravelShould changeable government advice (in your country of residence) cause you to feel uncertain about your travel plans, you can postpone your holiday for up to 12 months from your original date of departure with no fee. * **
59 to 14 Days Prior to TravelWhere government advice changes to include any of the following:
- the government (in your country of residence) adds your destination to it’s travel ‘red list’ or equivalent;
- there is a mandatory quarantine for all arrivals in your destination greater than 48 hours;
- the FCDO (or equivalent in your country of residence) strongly advises against all but essential travel;
- restrictions in your destination, such as border closures, prevent entry
you can postpone your holiday for up to 12 months from your original date of departure with no fee. * **
Within 14 Days of TravelWe consider your travel to be imminent. Where government advice changes to include any of the following:
- the government (in your country of residence) adds your destination to it’s travel ‘red list’ or equivalent;
- there is a mandatory quarantine for all arrivals in your destination greater than 48 hours;
- the FCDO (or equivalent in your country of residence) strongly advises against all but essential travel;
- restrictions in your destination, such as border closures, prevent entry
you have the option of postponing or cancelling your holiday and receiving a full refund. *
* Where your postponement results in an increase in costs e.g. due to a change in season, or changes to the logistics or properties included in your itinerary, the price of your holiday may change. Likewise, should the cost reduce, so will our price to you.
**For a select few properties, we are unable to offer this guarantee. If this is the case for a camp or lodge in your travel itinerary you will be notified at the time of booking.

ATOL
We are fully bonded and licenced under the Civil Aviation Authority’s ATOL scheme, licence number
ATOL 2883. This protects payments, in the event of our financial failure, for all clients who are resident in the UK and for whom we book air travel in combination with other arrangements.
We operate through an approved ATOL Trust, widely accepted as the best form of financial protection for consumer funds. This helps to ensure that we are well capitalised and therefore better able to withstand adverse situations which affect the travel industry.
TOPP
Our clients who reside outside the UK are also fully covered under an insurance policy that we maintain with Travel and General Insurance Services. This is called a Total Payment Protection Policy (TOPP), policy number
