Update from Our Positive Impact Coordinator

Supporting wildlife, the environment and people has always been an integral part of our work and since taking on my new role last year I’ve been keen to take that a step further into all aspects of our business.

As I look back, it’s clear that we’ve made great strides, but there is still much to do.

What We've Achieved So Far:

  • — Offset total carbon emissions of your holidays with our partner, ClimateCare.

  • — Providing you with information about the positive impact of your travels on the place you visit, including the community, conservation and environmental projects at each camp or lodge.

  • — Continuing to support charities by donating 5% of net profit.

In 2002, We Plan to

  • — Conduct an independent review of the company to reduce our carbon footprint further with the aim of becoming a carbon neutral company.

  • — Implement a criteria for our partners to ensure that our values around conservation, community and the environment are aligned.

  • — Ask you to identify a third charity to benefit from the 5% of net profit we donate each year.

  • — And don’t forget our incredible Zambezi Expedition raising money and awareness for Send a Cow, Tusk Trust and the Northampton Saints Foundation
