Stella Australis

Cruise along Patagonia's striking coast

There’s no doubt that the Southern Patagonian fjords is one of the most beautiful and untouched parts of South America. The Stella Australis sails along multiple routes, all between four and eight day’ long, so you can choose exactly which parts of Chile you want to explore. All departures will take you through the Tierra del Fuego, navigating the Magellan Strait, Beagle Channel, and Cape Horn.

Stella Australis employs expert guides to explain the sights and landscapes you will pass; some itineraries even include a visit to a king penguin colony and whale watching. The ship itself provides guests with both luxury and comfort, reminiscent of a 5-star hotel. The restaurant offers a range of culinary delights and pairs each dish with a Chilean wine.

Excursions depart from either Punta Arenas or Ushuaia. Passengers are free to choose from several categories of cabins, all of which have large windows allowing you to enjoy the stunning views outside. There are daily presentations and lectures about the Tierra del Fuego region, plus an onboard library with extensive literature on the animals and plants you are likely to encounter on your excursions.
