Where Albatross Soar above Gleaming Gardner Bay

Your yacht will call at two locations: Bahia Gardner is famed for its most beautiful beach; and Punta Suarez, which has rich and varied birdlife.

Gardner Bay is a stunning 1 km long beach, the white sand of which is made up of shell dust. This is what makes it gleam. The beach is home to sea lion, iguana, and Sally lightfoot crab, so even if you only plan to sunbathe, there will be opportunities for wildlife sightings all around you. You will have no difficulty seeing mockingbird, which are inquisitive and particularly keen to approach: keep your snacks hidden! The in the crystal clear waters off the coral beach are a snorkelers paradise.

Punta Suarez has spectacular bird life; there are so many blue-footed booby nesting on the ground that you will need to be careful to avoid treading on their nests. Buzzards swoop down from the tops of trees to hunt for food for their young. As you wander scenic pathways your guide will point out the Galapagos dove, the red-billed tropicbird, swallow-tailed gull, and, most importantly, the waved albatross.
